This building locates at the foothill. It originally belongs to the Lin Family. However, the Lin Family gives it to the Huang Family in order to express their thanks to them.

According to the record from 南天宮, the creation of the temple is related to the Lin Family. In the 35th year of the "Republic Era", a fire disaster took place in Wufeng. Some of the victims lived in the temple, and then the Lin Family pleased the Matsu inside the temple for everyone to worship.

This is the gate of Ming Tai high school. In the past, it is called “Lai Yuan”,which means the backyard of the Lin Family.

This is the very front door of “大花廳”. On the left side is the building’s accurate address nowadays.

Ming Tai high school used to be one residence of The Lin Family Mansion and Garden. This is the place we went to pay a visit. As we get there, we found some architecture historical we've ever seen in those of other high schools. So, it's worthy of visit.

This is the front door. There is a stage called “大花廳”, a place which is used to entertain the host, behind it.

The Lin Family help the government pacify the rebellion, so the government gives them a position as a general. Therefore, the name of this building is called ”將軍府”.

This is the representative building of the front house. Part of it is damaged because of the 921 earthquake, but it is rebuilt now.

This building is originally built by clay and is used for barn and living room. The modern appearance is built later.

There are four doors of “宮保第”, and this is the first one. Although this is not what the origin appearance looks like, it is still amazing and grand.

This building is named ”五桂樓” because there are five cinnamons planted in front of it. The reason why there are five cinnamons planted at here is that the Lin Family hopes that five of their sons can be rich and successful in some days.
